Working backstage at Milan Fashion Week for the brand Rave Review was a unique opportunity that allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the complexity and precision required to organize an international fashion event. In addition to directly assisting the models in their preparation, I had the chance to observe the dynamics of a highly coordinated team, where each professional played a crucial role in the event's success.

Backstage, I had the opportunity to interact with various professionals responsible for logistics, such as the team managing the timing of the models' runway exits, the team coordinating the setup of the outfits and quick changes, and those overseeing the runway order. Each person, from the logistics coordinator to the time manager, had the task of ensuring every stage was completed accurately, respecting the schedule, and keeping the event flow under control. Moreover, the runway assistants and the preparation area manager worked together to organize the outfits and ensure the models were always ready for the runway.

A particularly important role was played by the designer, who coordinated every stage of the process, giving clear instructions on how to manage the changes and ensuring that every element aligned with the vision of the collection. Their ability to manage time, logistics, and communication among all team members was essential for the success of the show.
